Uit recent onderzoek blijkt dat medewerkers minder tevreden zijn over hun baan in vergelijking met voorgaande jaren. Dit is gedeeltelijk toe te schrijven aan het feit dat er meer flexibiliteit wordt verwacht. Een logisch gevolg hiervan is dat werknemers hierdoor steeds moeilijker een balans tussen werk en privé weten te vinden.
Afgelopen keer hebben we het gehad over de opwaartse of neerwaartse trend van het thuiswerken. Het ligt er maar net aan welk onderzoek je leest. Dit komt doordat deze keuze niet eenduidig is.
